Menopause and other pauses after 50.
With pausing you become more aware as time speeds up. There are many ways to pause. There is the obvious pause of meditation but there are many times throughout the day that we can take a moment. We need slow food and slow cooking instead of fast food. You can pause and become more aware. We discuss peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
